How do I cancel a message?

Cancelling scheduled or in progress messages

To cancel a scheduled message,

  1. On the CallingPost Home page, scroll to the Recent Communications message

  2. Locate the scheduled message and select the Cancel button. Note: this function is not available for messages that were automatically sent, or for scheduled messages that have been sent.

  3. A confirmation will appear at the top of the page when the cancellation is complete.
