CallingPost offers three convenient ways to send your first message:
1. From Your Computer
Log in to your CallingPost account on our website: https://apps.callingpost.com/#/login
Navigate to the "Send a Message" tab.
Choose your message type (Voice Message, Text Message, or Email Message).
Select the group you want to send your message to.
Create your message content.
For voice messages, you can record your message directly or upload an audio file.
For text messages, type your message content. You can also personalize your message with merge tags (e.g., recipient's name).
For email messages, compose your email subject and body. You can use formatting tools and insert images or attachments.
(Optional) Customize your message with additional options like Caller ID, Ringless Voicemail, or Live Answer Transfer (depending on the message type).
Schedule your message to be sent immediately or at a later time.
Review your message and click "Send."
2. From Your Phone (Call-In System)
Dial 877-304-7678. Use the phone guide to help navigate
Follow the voice prompts to log in to your account.
Choose to send a voice message.
Select the group you want to send your message to.
Record your voice message.
Schedule your message to be sent immediately or at a later time.
Confirm your message and send it.
3. From the CallingPost Mobile App
Download the CallingPost mobile app.
Log in to your account.
Follow the on-screen prompts to create and send your message.
