Schedule a Recurring Message
Sending a Recurring Message:
Log in to CallingPost: Go to CallingPost.com and log in.
Create or Select Message: Create a new message or choose a saved one.
Choose Recipients: Select the contact group(s) you want to reach.
Set Up Recurring Schedule:
Click the "Schedule" or "Schedule Message" button.
Select the "Recurring" option.
Choose the frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Set the start date and (most importantly) the end date for the recurring messages.
Important: Always specify an End Date for your recurring schedule. This ensures your messages automatically stop sending when your event or campaign concludes, preventing unwanted or outdated communications.
Specify the time of day you want the messages to be sent.
Confirm: Review your settings and confirm the recurring schedule.
Timing Note: Your recurring messages typically enter the sending queue approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled send time.
