The Microphone option lets you record a voice message directly using a microphone connected to your computer. Here's how:
Start Recording:
Click the Microphone option.
Click the blue Start Recording button.
You might see a pop-up asking for permission to use your microphone. Click Allow.
Stop and Review:
When you're finished recording, click the blue Stop Recording button.
To re-record, click the Re-Record icon.
Click Next to continue. A confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen when the recording is saved.
Create Other Messages (Optional):
You can also create a text and/or email message to send with your recording. Click to create or edit in the text and email options.
If you only want to send the voice message, skip to the next step.
Review and Confirm:
Legal Agreement:Before sending you must, Review, check the box, and then click Send Message to access the confirmation page.
