Recording Phone Messages with Your Microphone (Progressive Web App)
Our platform, accessible as a Progressive Web App (PWA) through your web browser, allows you to easily record voice messages using your computer's microphone. This guide will walk you through the steps.

Getting Started:
Log in to CallingPost: Navigate to
apps.callingpost.com/dashboard
and log in to your account.Access New Communication: Go to the "New Communication" tab.
Select Voice Message: Choose the "Voice Message" option.
Setting Up Microphone Permissions:
Before recording, ensure your browser has permission to access your microphone:
Open Browser Settings: Open the browser you're using (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and go to its settings.
Find Site Permissions: Look for a section related to "Site Permissions" or "Site Settings". The exact name may vary slightly depending on your browser.
Find Microphone Permission: Locate the microphone permission setting.
Grant Permission: Find
apps.callingpost.com
and toggle the microphone permission to "Allow" or "Allow while using app".
Recording Your Message:
Select Microphone Option: In the "Recording Option" dropdown, choose "Use Microphone."
Start Recording: Click the blue "Start Recording" button.
Allow Permission: If a pop-up appears asking for permission to use your microphone, click "Allow."
Speak Clearly: Speak your message clearly and at a moderate pace.
Stop Recording: When finished, click the blue "Stop Recording" button.
Review or Re-record:
To listen to your recording, use the playback controls.
To re-record, click the "Re-Record" icon.
Save Recording: Click "Next." A confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen when the recording is saved.
Creating Other Messages (Optional):
You can also create a text and/or email message to send along with your voice recording.
Click to create or edit in the text and email options.
If you only want to send the voice message, skip to the next step.
Review and Confirm:
Legal Agreement: Before sending, you must review and check the box confirming your agreement with the following:

Send Message: Click "Review and Confirm" to schedule or send your message.
