The "Call My Phone" option lets you record a voice message using your own voice, directly from your phone. Here's how it works:
Enter Your Number:
Type in the phone number where you want to receive the call.
If you have an extension, check the box and enter it.
Answer the Call:
The system will call your phone. Answer it!
You'll hear the following instructions:
When you are on the phone with the Call Me system you will notice that the web page will display updates based on where you are in at on the phone call.
"Begin recording after the beep. When finished, press # and await further instructions... 3... 2... 1..."
Press # to end your recording.
"To review this message, press 1. To confirm, press 2. To delete and re-record, press 9."
Save and Continue:
After confirming your recording, you'll see the "Save & Continue" button appear on your computer screen. Click it!
Create Other Messages (Optional):
You can now create a text and/or email message to go along with your phone message. Click "Create" next to each option you want to use.
Or, if you're just sending the phone message, skip this step.
Review and Confirm:
Click "Review and Confirm" at the bottom of the page to schedule or send your message.
