Setting Up Devices for Voice Messaging
With our automated mass calling system, you can communicate faster and easier than you ever thought possible.
You can record, preview and send messages in your own voice from your phone, computer, or tablet.
Using Your iPhone, iPad, and Android Devices
Setting Up Your Device
If not already installed, install the Google Chrome browser app.
Open the Chrome browser and in the search bar, type the path: callingpost.com (no www) and log in.
The CallingPost dashboard opens.
Recording a Message
Select the New Communication tab.
Select a Group.
Select Voice Message.
Select Use Microphone for a recording method.
Select the Start Recording button.
If you get a message to allow microphone permission, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > Chrome.
At the prompt to allow apps.callingpost.com to use your microphone, select Allow.
Speak your message.
When your message is complete, select the Stop Recording button.
Select the appropriate checkboxes.
Check the βI acknowledge..β checkbox.
Select the SEND NOW button.
Using Your Computer
Setting Up Your Computer
If not already installed, install the Google Chrome browser on your computer.
Open the Chrome browser and in the search bar, type the path: chrome://settings/content/microphone?search=microphone
The Chrome Settings page opens.
Select the Privacy and security tab.
Select your microphone from the dropdown list.
Select the Sites can ask to use your microphone option button.
When the CallingPost app asks to use your microphone, select Allow.
Recording a Message
Select the New Communication tab.
Select a Group.
Select the Voice Message Create button.
5. Select Use Microphone from the Choose Recording Method dropdown.
6. On the page that opens, select the Start Recording button.
A popup opens.
7. Select the Allow button.
8. Speak your message.
9. When your message is complete, select the Stop Recording button.
10. Check the βI acknowledge..β checkbox.
11. Select the SEND NOW button.
