If you would like to send a Voice Message, instead of a Text Message, for example; select Message Library on the Home page. Click Create New Message. The Create Your New Message page opens. Name your message, then select Voice Message or its Create button.

The Voice Message page opens. Select a recording option: Call My Phone to Record, Use Microphone, Use Keyboard, or Upload WAV file. In this example, we select Call My Phone To Record. The Record your voice message popup opens. Enter your personal phone number, then select Call & Record. When your phone rings, follow the prompts to record your message.

On your computer, the Voice Message page gives you the option to Re-Record or Delete your message. If you are satisfied with your message, check one or more of the checkboxes. Click Next. On the next page, click Save & Continue. A Message Created popup opens. If you would like to send your message now, select YES.
