How to view a contacts text status

  1. Go to Groups & Contacts

  2. From the group list, click on the name of a group

  3. Verify the following:

Ready is Opted In - They have received the text and responded "OK" to receive your messages under our short code of 24251. They will receive your text messages.

Opt-in-Pending - They have received the text message but have not responded. They will not be re-attempted and will not receive future text messages.

Opted Out - They received your message and requested not to receive any more text messages. They will not receive your text message.

Ready-for Toll-Free Custom Phone Number - are all numbers that will be attempted as the account holder is responsible for only adding/sending to mobile phone numbers.

If your contact did not receive the text message, please have them text "OK" to 24251, or call 1-877-304-5857. Once they have completed this they will be opted in to receive text messages from the short code.

*If they have opted out of a custom toll-free number they will need to text unstop to that toll-free number to opt back in for those text messages to resume again.
