Go to Groups & Contacts
From the Groups & Contacts list, you will select the group you want to check for textable members.
From the group member list, view which members are Textable by checking the Textable column.
Green Ready: This indicates a number is eligible and will be attempted for your text message delivery.
Red Opted-Out: These members have requested not to receive text messages; their numbers will not be attempted.
Currently, all numbers will show as textable from your Custom Phone Number. The system will attempt delivery to all "Ready" numbers. If a number is a landline or otherwise undeliverable, it will show as such in the View Detailed Text Results found under your Communication Summary.
Within the Technical Tab of your results, you can now see specific reasons for non-delivery to help you correct member issues:
Red INTERNATIONAL: Displays for country mismatches (e.g., attempting to send to a Canadian or non-US number).
Orange UNREACHABLE: Displays when the carrier cannot complete the delivery to that specific number.
Red LANDLINE: Confirms the number is not a mobile device and cannot receive text messages.
To see which numbers received the text message Click the Status & Results Tab- under the Text - "View Detailed Text Results ".
Your member can opt into short code texting by texting "CPC" to 24251, or they can call 1-877-304-5857 to have their number automatically opted in.
If a phone number opted out of the Custom Phone Number text they can text the custom phone number back with the word Unstop to begin receiving text again.
Once they have completed this they will be ready to receive text messages from you.
