Provide a way to only attempt phone numbers that are textable and Not Canadian Numbers or landlines or UnReachable Numbers.
Address slow loading icon images in the website.
Display UnReachable, Landline, and international phone numbers that cannot receive TEXT.
Treat the Sms Credit Multiplier for MMS messages by using character count >320 and <=1500 as the determining factor in the final multiplier math result
Allow Tollfree numbers to send any text message with more than 320 character via MMS.
Increase the maximum number of characters to 1500.

Make the New Communication Phone Message creation section layout more similar to the text message layout.
Update the communication status results to use a 3 color indication for >90%, >80%, and <80%
