Here are two ways to create text messages using CallingPost:
Option 1: Using the Message Library (Saving for Later)
Go to Message Library:
From the main menu, click "Message Library."
Create Message:
Click "Create a Message."
Name and Type:
Enter a "Message Name" (for your reference).
Select "Text Message."
Delivery Method:
Choose how to send your text:
A Custom Phone Number (Toll-Free Texting option)
A CallingPost Shortcode (24251)
Sender Information:
Enter your name or organization name in the "From" box.
Message Content:
Type your message in the text box.
The character count below the box shows how many text credits you'll use.

SMS Text: Max:320
Enhanced text: Max:1,500
Save:
Click "Save."
A pop-up will ask if you want to send now. Choose "Yes" or "No."
Message Saved:
Your message is now saved in the Library.
Option 2: Sending Immediately (New Communication)
New Communication:
From the main menu, click "New Communication."
Select Group:
Select the group you want to send the text to.
3. Name and Type:
Enter a "Message Name" (for your reference).
Select "Text Message."
4. Create Message:
Click "Next to Create a Message."
5. Delivery Method:
Choose how to send your text:
A Custom Phone Number (Toll-Free Texting option)
A CallingPost Shortcode (24251)
6. Information:
Enter your name or organization name in the "From" box.
7. Message Content:
Type your message in the text box.
The character count below the box shows how many text credits you'll use.

8. Next and Review:
Click "Next."
If you also want to create an email message, you'll see those options here.
Otherwise, click "Review and Confirm" to send your message.
