Updated this week

We understand how frustrating it is when you miss our important updates. This is an industry-wide issue caused by new, aggressive spam-filtering technology used by carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and call-blocking apps (RoboKiller, Hiya).

These filters inspect every call and often block legitimate organization calls before they ever reach you.

βœ… Action Required: The 3 Critical Steps to Guarantee Our Calls

To ensure you receive all future voice updates from our organization, you must take the following three steps immediately.

Step 1: The Essential Contact Save (Use the CallingPost vCard)

Saving our number to your contact list is the most effective way to signal to your phone that our calls are trusted.

  • Action (Recommended: On Your Phone):

Click this link to instantly download our contact card (vCard) directly to your phone. When prompted, tap "Save" or "Add to Contacts."

    • Important Note on Caller ID: If your organization uses its own distinct Caller ID number, please remember to save that number as well, in addition to the numbers provided by the vCard. We recommend our users use their own Caller ID if possible.

Alternative Import Instructions (If downloading on a computer):

If you downloaded the vCard on your computer, use these steps to import the contact:

Device

Instructions

Android

1. On your computer, go to Google Contacts. 2. At the bottom left, click Import. 3. Click Select File, choose the downloaded vCard, and click Import.

iPhone

1. On your computer, go to icloud.com. 2. Click the Contacts icon. 3. At the bottom left, click the cog icon. 4. Click Import vCard, choose the file, and click Open.

Step 2: Check Your Spam/Blocked Call List

  • Action: Open your phone's native call history or phone app and manually look for a folder or tab labeled: 'Spam,' 'Blocked Calls,' 'Filtered,' or 'Scam Likely.'

  • Correction: If you find our number, select it and choose the option to 'Unblock,' 'Report Not Spam,' or 'Add to Approved List.'

Step 3: Review Third-Party Call-Blocking Apps

  • Action: Check your phone for any installed apps with names like 'Truecaller,' 'Hiya,' or 'RoboKiller.'

  • Correction: You will need to either disable the app temporarily or go into its settings and manually add the organization's Caller ID number ($\mathbf{[INSERT\ CALLER\ ID\ NUMBER]}$) as an 'Approved' number.
