Your Message Library is a central hub for managing your outgoing communications. It lets you create, store, and reuse messages efficiently. Here's a breakdown of what you can do:

  • What is the Message Library? Think of it as your personal collection of messages. It stores messages you've created, allowing you to easily reuse them later. You access it by clicking "Message Library."

  • Viewing Your Messages: The Library displays your 25 most recent messages, making them quickly accessible.

  • Searching and Filtering: You can easily find specific messages using the search bar and filter options.

  • Managing Your Messages: The "Actions" button provides several key options:

    • Delete: Remove messages you no longer need. Important: Once a message is deleted, it's gone.

    • Replicate: Provides a copy of the message allowing you to edit content.

    • Save as a Template: Save an existing message as a template.

  • Recurring Messages: This powerful feature lets you schedule up to 10 messages to be sent repeatedly. You can choose daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or even a custom schedule with a specific end date or number of repetitions. This is perfect for regular announcements or reminders to provide consistent communications.

  • Message Templates: You can save up to 10 messages as templates. These pre-written messages can be quickly inserted into your communication flow Templates are great for saving time and ensuring consistency. You can save a message as a template on the final send screen when using the "Send Now" option.

    • Important Note about Templates: Templates are best used when the structure of your message will be reused frequently, even if the specific content changes slightly. For example, if you send a weekly update with the same headings and format but different news items each week, a template is ideal. Saving a message as a template prevents it from being automatically deleted if your Message Library reaches its 25-message limit. This is because templates are stored separately.

  • Keeping Your Library Organized: For the best experience, we recommend keeping your Message Library clean and organized. Delete old or unused messages to avoid clutter and make it easier to find what you need. Messages in the main library (not saved as templates) are subject to automatic deletion. Each night, our system removes the oldest messages if your library exceeds the 25-message limit. Using the "Save as Template" option is a great way to preserve important message structures you want to reuse, even if the specific content changes over time.

In short, your Message Library is designed to save you time and effort. By understanding its features and keeping it organized, you can streamline your communication process.
