Yes! We offer Extended Hour and 24/7 Messaging options to ensure your communications are delivered when they are needed most.

Understanding Your Messaging Windows

Your ability to send messages outside of standard business hours depends on your specific plan:

  • 24/7 Messaging: Exclusive to our Premium Unlimited Monthly Plans. Send anytime, day or night.

  • Extended Hour Messaging (5:00 AM – Midnight): * Essential Plans: Included automatically in your subscription.

    • Pay-As-You-Go Plans: Available for use; however, sending during these hours (5 AM – 9 AM and 9 PM – Midnight) will incur an additional 1-credit deduction per contact.


How to Use Extended Hour Messaging

When you are ready to send a communication, the system handles your delivery window based on your action:

1. Using "Send Now"

If you select Send Now during Extended Hours (5 AM – 9 AM or 9 PM – Midnight):

  • Essential & Premium users will have their messages sent immediately as part of their plan.

  • Pay-As-You-Go users will be charged the standard credit rate (based on message length/type) plus one additional credit per contact for the extended hour delivery.

2. Using "Schedule" (Recommended for Pay-As-You-Go)

If you are drafting a message late at night or early in the morning and want to avoid the extra credit deduction:

  • Do not select "Send Now."

  • Schedule your communication to be delivered during Standard Hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

Time Zone Settings

All messaging windows adhere to your account's designated time zone. This is automatically set based on your account phone number, but you can update it at any time in your Profile Settings.
