A 24X7 message delivery option is now available on new Premium Unlimited plans.
Extended Hour Messaging (EHM) allows messages to send from 5-9 am and from 9-12 pm. Some Unlimited Packages offer an automatic or "send now" option. Send messages using the Mobile App or the call-in number 877-304-7678.
To send a message,
Select New Communication from the main menu
Click the Select Group(s) dropdown
Create a New Message, or
Select View Messages to send a previously used message.
5. Click on the name of the message you wish to send
6. Select Send Now or Schedule for specific times your message needs to be sent out.
