Pay-As-You-Go: Credit Deductions

Standard credit rates for Pay-As-You-Go are calculated based on the length of your call, the length of your text, and whether an email is included.

  • Standard Window (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM): Standard credit rates apply.

  • Extended Window (5:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 9:00 PM – Midnight): An additional 1-credit fee is deducted per communication.

💡 How to Save Credits: > If you are drafting a message during Extended Hours but want to avoid the extra credit deduction, do not select "Send Now." Instead, Schedule your communication to be delivered during the Standard 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM window.

Time Zone Settings

Your messaging windows are based on your account's time zone. This is automatically determined by your account phone number, but you can manually update this at any time in your Profile Settings.
