Sending a Message Immediately

Follow these steps to launch your communication to your groups right away.

Immediate Delivery Workflow

  • Create or Select Content: * New Message: Click New Communication to draft a fresh message, record audio, or use the email builder.

    • Saved Message: Access your Message Library to select a previously saved message or template.

  • Target Your Audience: Select the specific contact group(s) you wish to reach. You can select a single group or multiple groups for a wider reach.

  • Final Review: Carefully review your message content for accuracy and confirm the recipient count is correct.

  • Launch: Click the Send Now button. Your message will enter the queue and begin delivery to your contacts instantly.


Important Reminders for "Send Now"

  • Queue Time: Most messages begin sending within seconds, but very large groups may take a few minutes to process fully.

  • Delivery Window: If you click "Send Now" late at night, your message may be held until the following morning (typically 9 AM) to comply with standard messaging hours, unless your plan allows for 24/7 delivery.

  • Confirmation: Look for the green success banner at the top of your dashboard to confirm your broadcast has started.
