Currently this is not automatic and would require you to compare your group list to the detailed delivery results. Here are some steps to follow to get a clean updated list to import into a new group that can be deleted after you finish sending the message again.

1. Export Group list

2. Export Delivery results list

3. Copy and paste all phone numbers from the Delivery results

Highlight by dragging mouse to highlight all numbers then click Ctrl button and hold down then press the C to copy this information on the clipboard,

Then Ctrl button and hold down V to paste it under the last number from the Exported Group List.

4. Click the corresponding Letter on the top of the excel that has your phone numbers in it.

5. From the Home screen tab in excel look for Conditional Formatting option & click the down arrow to open up options- Select Highlight Cells Rules- Then choose Duplicate Values leaving the values with Light Red Fill with Dark Red Text- Click OK

6. Now click on First row of data by clicking the 1 highlighting the entire row- Move from the Home tab to the Data tab and find the funnel that says Filters on it and click it to insert the filters.

7. Find your phone number Column and select sort by color- then sort by no fill.

8. Select filter option again and scroll down to the last view if you have blanks uncheck that box to remove from the list.

9. Find the highlighted red cells and delete all of them to leave the remaining numbers and save the spreadsheet by selecting File- Save As- add something to the name to create your new group.

10. File is now ready to import back into CallingPost under a new group so you can resend to the members that did not receive the last communication. Pro tip: make sure to map all columns for the import to bring that information into the group.
