Call Forwarding for Your Text Number
Call forwarding lets you redirect calls from your custom text number to another phone number. For example, a call to your text number (e.g., 555-555-5555) can be forwarded to your cell phone (e.g., 555-666-6666). This way, you can answer calls made to your text number on a different phone.
How Call Forwarding Works with CallingPost:
You can forward calls from your toll-free text number to any validated phone number.
Validated phone numbers are listed in your System Settings.
You can add more validated numbers in System Settings as needed.
Call Forwarding Limits:
Maximum Call Length: Calls forwarded from your text number are limited to 30 minutes. The call will automatically end after 30 minutes.
Recipient Expectations: Please let the person you're forwarding calls to know about this 30-minute limit.
