Credits are used to send phone, text, and email messages to your members.

One credit = 30 seconds of recording time, 160-character text message, or 1 email message per member. 

You may send a message up to 2 minutes in length. 

Below is a chart to determine the number of credits needed to send your message:

1-29.999 second message = 1 credit

30-59.999 second message = 2 credit

60-89.999 second message = 3 credits 

90-120 second message = 4 credit

Example:
To send a 60-second message to 100 people you would need 200 credits.
To send a 120-second message to 100 people you would need 400 credits.
To send a 60-second message & 160-character text message to 100 people you would need 300 credits.
To send a 120-second message, a 160-character text message, and an email to 100 people you would need 600 credits.
