  • Who is the Monthly Subscription Plan Best For?

    • Groups that send frequent messages: This plan is perfect for organizations that regularly communicate with their members.

    • Active groups: If you send 3 or more messages (phone calls, texts, or emails) to your members each month, the Unlimited Monthly Plan is likely the most cost-effective option.

  • Who is the Pay As You Go Plan Best For?

    • Groups that send infrequent messages: This plan is ideal for organizations that don't communicate with their members very often.

    • Seasonal or occasional use: If you mainly send messages for specific events or during certain times of the year, or if you typically send 1 or 2 messages per month, the Pay As You Go plan might be a better fit.

Understanding Pay As You Go Credits

  • How credits work: You purchase credits in advance, and each message you send uses a certain number of credits.

  • Credit value:

    • 1 credit = 30 seconds of voice recording

    • 1 credit = 1 text message

    • 1 credit = 1 email message

    • 1 credit = Ext hour Messaging

    • 1 credit = Emoji text

    • 1 credit = MMS/Pic Text w/1000 character limit

  • Voice message limits: You can record messages up to 2 minutes long. A 2-minute message would use 4 credits per member.

  • Credit expiration: Credits expire after 12 months, so use them within that time frame.
