We have 2 ways that you can purchase from us:
Unlimited Monthly - Unlimited plans allow you to pay a flat rate each month to have the ability to send unlimited phone, text, and email messages to your members. This rate is based on the number of contacts in your account.
Prepaid plans will receive a discount. There is a 5% discount for 3 months in advance, a 10% discount for 12 months in advance. (No Refunds)
Who is this plan best for?
This plan is best for organizations/groups that send several messages each month to their members. We recommend the Unlimited Monthly Plan to groups that send 3 or more messages a month.
Pay As You Go - This plan allows you to purchase credits that can be used to send phone, text, and email messages to your members. The number of credits you need to send a message is based on the length of your voice message, text message, and/or email message. Credits expire after 12 months. ( No Refunds)
Who is this plan best for?
This plan is best for organizations/groups that send infrequent communications. We recommend this for seasonal groups, one-time events, or groups that send 1 or 2 messages per month.
1 credit equals:
• 30 seconds of voice recording time
Messages can be up to 2 minutes long.
For example, a 2-minute message will cost 4 credits per member.
• 1 text message (160 characters)
• 1 email message
