  • New Communication - Phone Additional Options Confusion

  • Unselected groups are still being shown in the confirmation model

  • Not throwing any error message when Creating a keyword with an Invalid Bank account

  • KEYWORD CREATE - attempt to add an existing keyword throws a blank toast message

  • API Timeouts need to cause 1 toast only to the client during a single session using the CallingPost Application

  • Unlimited plans that are grandfathered should not show a credit balance on the final delivery modal that pops up before sending.

  • Adding contacts manually is not as intuitive as it could be. The client lost all work and canceled the account.

  • New Communications: Clicking on the "Please upgrade Plan..." link does nothing in a Pay-Go account

  • Emails are not going out if a comma is found in the From information

  • When creating a phone call and selecting send also as a text (Alt Formats) it needs to insert the From Name for any Opt-in request sent to members

  • Two Delete icons showing for Contacts Search in Mobile in Groups & Contacts

  • Groups: Learn link collides with the Search field
