Why am I not receiving emails?
There are three common reasons your emails may have stopped:
Accidental Unsubscribe: You opted out previously.
Spam Filters: Your provider moved our mail to Junk/Spam.
Internal Blocklist: You previously marked a message as spam, and our system blocked future sends to protect our reputation.
How to Fix It
1. Re-subscribe Online
Visit the Subscription Page.
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Action Required: Check your inbox for a confirmation email. You must click the link inside that email to finalize your subscription.
This step in your email inbox must be completed to re-subscribe to emails.
2. Check Your Spam Folder
Search your Spam/Junk folder for
[email protected].Mark the email as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk."
Add
[email protected]to your contacts or "Whitelist."
Click on the Spam folder and search for [email protected]
3. Clear a "Spam Complaint" Block
If you previously marked an email as spam, we cannot send to you until you manually revoke that complaint.
Send a new email to:
[email protected]Subject: Remove Spam Complaint
Body: "I mistakenly marked CallingPost emails as spam. Please remove this complaint so I can continue receiving your emails."
CC: Include the email of the person/organization sending you the messages so we can link the accounts.
