How to Add Two-Way Text Messaging to Your Account

To begin using Two-Way Text Messaging, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Your Custom Toll-Free Number is Verified:

    • 2-Way Texting requires a verified custom toll-free number in your account.

    • If you don't have one, or if it's not yet verified, please complete that process first. For detailed steps, click here: "Purchasing and Verifying a Custom Phone Number" .

  2. Add 2-Way Texting:

    • Once your toll-free number's verification is Pending or Verified, navigate to your Inbox where you manage your Two-Way Text Messaging.

    • You will see the option to "Buy" or "Add Two Way Texting." Select this option to activate Two-Way Text Messaging.


What Happens Next

  • After activation, you will now see the option to Enable Two Way Texting when you create your text messages using your custom phone number.


Important Notes:

  • This feature is available in Beta for Premium and Essentials plan subscribers.

  • 2-Way Texting is a monthly subscription priced at 20% of your current monthly account's plan cost.
