Two-Way Texting Arrives in Beta!

We're excited to introduce Two-Way Texting, a powerful new feature designed to transform how you connect with your audience.

What is Two-Way Texting?

This new feature moves you beyond one-way broadcasts. You can now receive replies from your members individually in your new Inbox, located on the left navigation menu. This allows you to engage in one-on-one conversations, respond faster, and manage all your replies in one place.

How to Get Started

This feature is now in Beta and is exclusively available for our Premium and Essentials plan subscribers.

  1. First, ensure you have a verified custom toll-free number in your account. Two-Way Texting requires a verified custom toll-free number to be active.

  2. Once verified, navigate to your new Inbox. You will find the option to "Buy" or "Add Two Way Texting."

  3. Select this option to activate the feature.
