Get Started with 3 Easy Steps

Enabling Two-Way Texting for your account is simple, but requires a foundational setup to ensure compliance and reliable delivery:

  • You've Got a Toll-Free Number!

    • Requirement: Two-way texting is exclusively supported through approved toll-free numbers. This ensures the highest level of reliable message delivery and efficient handling of inbound responses.

  • Your Number is Verified!

    • Action: Once your chosen toll-free number is in your account, it must go through a verification process. Confirm your number to complete this setup and unlock full access to your Two-Way Texting features.

  • Add Two-Way Texting

    • Action: After your toll-free number is acquired and successfully verified, you will see the option to add this powerful feature. Simply follow the prompts to enable it.


Important Considerations

  • Response Limit: There is a limit of 15 total responses (messages sent by the user + messages replied by the member) per user and per member for a given conversation thread.

Two-Way Texting is a monthly subscription priced at 20% of your current primary CallingPost plan's monthly price.
