Step 1: Access the Keyword Management Section
Once logged in, access the left navigation column, select Text Keywords
Step 2: Create a New Keyword
Within the Keyword Management section, you should find a button that says "Create New Keyword," Click on it to begin the keyword creation process.

Length: Keywords must be between 4 and 32 characters long.
Characters: Use only letters and numbers (A-Z, 0-9). No special characters (!@#$%^&*., etc.) or spaces are allowed.
Relevance: Choose a keyword that is relevant to your business, organization, or the specific message you want to send. A memorable and easy-to-spell keyword is ideal.
Availability: CallingPost will check if the keyword is available. If someone else is already using it, you'll need to choose a different one.

Group Assignment: Select the contact group that people will be added to when they text the keyword.
Auto-Reply: Edit automatic response message that people will receive after texting the keyword. This is a great way to confirm their opt-in and provide additional information.
Welcome Message Link: included in auto-reply message where new subscribers can enter their name and other contact details, including their email address.(Non-editable)
Review and Save: Carefully review all the details. Make sure everything is correct before saving. Click the "Save Keyword Assignment, button to finalize the keyword set-up.
Step 6: Test Your Keyword
After creating your keyword, it's essential to test it to ensure it's working correctly. Grab your mobile phone and text your keyword to CallingPost's short code (24251). You should receive the auto-reply message and be added to the designated contact group.
Step 7: Promote Your Keyword
Now that your keyword is active, it's time to promote it! Include it in your marketing materials, on your website, in social media posts, and anywhere else you want to reach your target audience. Encourage people to text the keyword to 24251 to stay updated and connected.
