To activate or deactivate members,
Go to Groups & Contacts
Select the group name. For example: Test Results
To Deactivate: toggle to the left under the Active column
To Activate: toggle to the right under the Active column
Active contacts WILL receive messages.
Deactivated contacts WILL NOT receive messages.
Once a contact has been deactivated, they will stay inactive until the status is changed back to active.
