CallingPost provides contact counts at both the account level and within individual groups. This information helps you manage your contacts and understand your plan usage.
Account Overview:
When you first log in to your CallingPost account, you will see an overview of your current account plan and usage. This overview may include a summary of your total contact count.
Group Contact Information:
To view contact information for a specific group, navigate to the "Groups & Contacts" tab. Select the group you want to view.
The following contact information is displayed for each group:
Contacts: active/total: This shows the number of active contacts versus the total number of contacts in the group.
Callable: This indicates the number of unique phone numbers in the group that are active and eligible to receive phone calls.
Textable: This indicates the number of unique phone numbers in the group that are active and eligible to receive text messages.
Emailable: This indicates the number of unique email addresses in the group that are active and eligible to receive emails.
This information allows you to quickly assess the size and reach of your groups and understand how many of your contacts can be reached through each communication channel.
