CallingPost provides contact counts at both the overall account level and within your individual contact groups. This information is essential for effectively managing your contacts and understanding your plan usage.

Account Overview:

When you first log in to your CallingPost account dashboard, you will typically see a summary of your current plan and overall account usage. This overview may include a quick reference to your total number of contacts.

Viewing Contact Information for Specific Groups:

To view detailed contact information for a particular group:

  1. Navigate to the Groups & Contacts tab in the main CallingPost menu.

  2. Locate and select the specific group you want to view from your list.

Once you've selected a group, the following contact information will be displayed, and you'll also find powerful Search and Filter/Sort options in the top-right section of the screen to help you manage your contacts within that group:

  • Contacts: active/total: This displays the number of contacts currently marked as 'active' and eligible for communication, alongside the total number of contacts stored within that group (both active and inactive).

  • Callable: This number represents the count of unique phone numbers within the group that are marked as active and capable of receiving phone calls.

  • Textable: This number represents the count of unique phone numbers within the group that are marked as active and capable of receiving text messages (SMS).

  • Emailable: This number represents the count of unique email addresses within the group that are marked as active and capable of receiving emails.

Sorting Your Group Contacts

For active headers such as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address, you can click the arrow or the heading name to sort your contacts:

  • Ascending (A-Z): Arranges contacts from A to Z or numerically from lowest to highest.

  • Descending (Z-A): Arranges contacts from Z to A or numerically from highest to lowest.

This detailed breakdown allows you to quickly assess the size and communication reach of each of your groups, providing insights into how many members can be contacted through each available channel, and how to organize them for easier management.
