Why am I not getting my email message from CallingPost?

When members are not receiving your emails.

There are several reasons why a member may not be getting your email message:

1. They may have unsubscribed from CallingPost email messages. If this has occurred the member's email address will appear in red on your group list.

To have a number resubscribe to CallingPost emails, please have your member go to the following link: https://apps.callingpost.com/#/emailSubscription.

Just enter the email and submit to start the re-subscribe process.

Please check your email to confirm your subscription.

A request was made to subscribe
"your email address here"
to all future CallingPost Emails.
To verify and authorize this subscription please click the subscribe button below.

This step must be completed to re-subscribe to emails. They will see the image below once they are done.

2. Emails may be going into the members spam filter.

Open your email and find your spam folder

Click on the Spam folder and search for [email protected]

Here you can choose to remove this email address from the spam by selecting the Report not spam. This will allow future emails to be delivered to your inbox.
