There are several reasons why a member may not be getting your email message:
1. You may have unsubscribed from our email messages. If this has occurred, your email address may appear differently in our system.
To re-subscribe to our emails, please follow these steps:
Go to the following link: https://apps.callingpost.com/#/emailSubscription
Enter the email address you wish to re-subscribe and click "Submit."
Important: You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. You must open this email and click the confirmation link (or button) to finalize your re-subscription.
You should see a confirmation message similar to the one below after submitting your email on the website and you will need to confirm via the email sent to your inbox:
This step in your email inbox must be completed to re-subscribe to emails.
2. Emails may be going into your spam or junk folder.
Open your email application and locate your spam, junk, or similar folder.
Search for emails from [email protected].
If you find our emails there, select them and mark them as "Not spam" or "Not junk." This action helps your email provider learn that our messages are legitimate and should be delivered to your inbox in the future.Emails may be going into the members spam filter.
Open your email and find your spam folder
Click on the Spam folder and search for [email protected]
We suggest adding [email protected] to your whitelist if your email is managed by third-party.
If you want to restart receiving emails, you must do the following:
1-Send a new Email to: <[email protected]> with the following text:
"I mistakenly marked CallingPost emails as spam. Please remove this complaint so I can continue receiving your emails."
2-Include the account users email as an addressee if you have it.
If you do not want to restart emails, you may want to email the CallingPost user to remove you from their account:
"Please remove my email address from your CallingPost email system."
