Sometimes, your CallingPost app might not update automatically because your browser's storage is full. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help force the update.

How to Clear Cache and Cookies (Quick Steps):

  1. Open your browser's history:

    • Keyboard Shortcut (Faster):

      • PC: Press Ctrl + H

      • Mac: Press Command + Y or ⌘ + Y

    • Browser Menu: (These steps vary slightly between browsers. Generally, look for a "History" or "Clear Browsing Data" option in the menu.)

  2. Find the "Clear browsing data" option: Look for a button or link that says "Clear browsing data," "Clear history," or something similar.

  3. Choose "All time" as the time range: This ensures you clear everything.

  4. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  5. Click "Clear data" (or similar).

Confirm App Update:

  1. Open your CallingPost app.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the login page or dashboard.

  3. Check the version number to confirm it matches the latest version.
