To ensure we maximize your organization's reach while maintaining a professional customer experience, CallingPost uses a sophisticated delivery network built on smart routing and adaptive retry logic.
Our Smart 4-Attempt Protocol
If we do not reach a live person or a recorded voicemail greeting on the first try, our system automatically initiates a structured outreach protocol:
Up to 4 Distinct Tries: The system will attempt to deliver the call up to 4 times before finalizing the status on your report.
Adaptive Logic Timing: Our system dynamically calculates the "wait time" between retries based on the specific response received from the carrier. For example, a Busy signal will trigger a much faster retry interval than a No Answer. This ensures we rotate calling times to hit the absolute best window for a successful connection.
💡 Pro-Tips for Maximum Message Success
You can share these tips with your group members to ensure they always get the best experience from your broadcasts:
Phone Delivery is Voice-Activated: Our delivery system listens for audio to start the message. Remind your contacts to clearly say "Hello" or press 1 as soon as they answer to immediately trigger the recording.
Keep Voicemail Greetings Short: Many mobile and landline voicemail boxes only hold 2 to 3 minutes of total content—and this includes their personal recorded greeting. To prevent your messages from being cut off mid-sentence by the carrier, CallingPost enforces a maximum recording length of 2 minutes.
Missed a Message? Use Call-Back Replay: If a contact misses a call or cuts off a message early, they can dial 405-308-4474 directly from their phone line. Our system recognizes their incoming number and will replay your organization's last full message. (Note: Messages are kept on the replay bridge for 5 days following the broadcast).
