Our messages are sound-activated. So, when a call is sent, the message does not play until it is activated by a "Hello" or greeting followed by the beep.ย
Once the message is activated, it will play the message. Phone messages may restart if they hear significant noise. This noise could be a range of things, such as a TV in the background, a loud restaurant, or the recipient of the message talking while on the phone. Messages must restart for voicemail deliveries. When delivering to someone's voicemail, our message may activate in the middle of the connection: "Hi, you've reached the household of...Coach Brown" (the message may activate in this sequence or others).
Once the voicemail system signals the beep, our system attempts to restart the message accordingly. This approach is designed to significantly improve the chances that your members receive the full message.
Note: Member Access to Full Message: If a member receives a partial message or misses a call, they can always hear your full, unedited message by calling our playback line at 405-308-4474.
