Our messages are sound-activated. So, when a call is sent, the message does not play until it is activated by a "Hello" or greeting.
Once the message is activated, it will play the message. Phone messages may restart if they hear significant noise. This noise could be a range of things, such as a TV in the background, a loud restaurant, or the recipient of the message talking while on the phone. Messages must restart for voicemail deliveries. When delivering to someone's voicemail, our message may activate in the middle of the connection: "Hi, you've reached the household of...Coach Brown" (the message may activate in this sequence or others).
Once the voicemail signals the beep, the noise that instructs a caller to begin recording, the message will restart accordingly and ensure the member gets 100% of the information.
