To ensure uninterrupted service and prevent your Text Keyword from expiring and being returned to the public availability list, you must renew it before its expiration date.
Step 1: Access the Keyword Management Section
Log in to your CallingPost account.
In the left navigation column, select Text Keywords.
You will see the Text Message Keywords table showing your keywords, their associated Group, and their Renewal Date.
Step 2: Initiate the Renewal/Extension
Locate the keyword you wish to renew (e.g., "Your Text Keyword : JoinCPC").
Click the text in the Renewal Date column highlighted in green that indicates the current term (e.g., Renews Annually or Renews Monthly).
Step 3: Extend Your Text Keyword
Clicking the renewal term will open the "Extend your text keyword" screen:

✅ Renewal Confirmation
Once the transaction is successful, a note will appear at the bottom of your screen confirming the new renewal date (e.g., "Your next payment will be due on Sunday, January 11, 2026"). Your keyword is now secure for the extended term.
🚨 What Happens If I Fail to Renew on Time?
If your keyword is not renewed by the renewal date:
The keyword is automatically deleted from your account.
It is immediately returned to the general availability list and can be purchased by any other user.
If you wish to use the keyword again, you must go through the entire "Create New Keyword" process, assuming it is still available.
