What if my text keyword subscription is interrupted by a payment issue? You will receive an email that the text keyword purchase had an issue and did not renew for the upcoming month. To continue using the text keyword, we recommend immediate action to reattempt the purchase after any payment method corrections have been made to your account. This will ensure you continue to have full privileges with the keyword you created.

If no action is taken the Text Keyword will be returned to the availability list and others may be able to purchase this keyword for their own use going forward.
