Do you ever forget to send an important message? Need to send a message to the same group at the same time every week, month, or year? CallingPost's Auto Reminders make it easy!

This feature lets you schedule reminders to call you (or someone else) so you can record and send a message right away. It's perfect for recurring announcements, time-sensitive updates, or anything you don't want to forget.

How Auto Reminders Work:

  1. Set Up a Reminder: In the left navigation menu, click on "Auto Reminders."

  2. Schedule the Call: Choose the day and time you want to receive a reminder call.

  3. Answer the Call: At the scheduled time, CallingPost will call the number you specified. The call will come from 405-308-4474. We recommend saving this number in your contacts as "CallingPost Reminder" so you recognize the call.

    • Missed Reminder Calls:

      • "What if I miss the reminder call or I am not in a good location to record and send a message?"

      • Answer: "If you are busy, don’t worry! You have options. You'll receive a voicemail, and you can always log in to your CallingPost account to send a message manually. During the reminder call, you can also press 2 for a 30-minute callback or press 3 for a 1-hour callback."

    • Scheduling Messages vs. Reminders:

      • "Do reminders allow me to schedule a message out at a certain date and time?"

      • Answer: "No. Auto Reminders are for reminding you to send a message. To schedule a message to be sent automatically at a specific time, use the scheduling features on our website, mobile app, or call-in system."

    • Reminder Call Time Restrictions:

      • "I set my reminder to call me at 4 AM, will my members receive the call at 4 AM as well?"

      • Answer: "No, the call will be held in queue until 5 AM. We honor our extended hour messaging times for reminder calls, which are from 5 AM to Midnight."
