Understanding Reminder Statuses

  • Active: Your reminder is set up and will call you at the scheduled time.

  • Inactive: The reminder is not scheduled to call you. This happens if:

    • You manually deactivated the reminder.

    • The recipient of the reminder call pressed option 5 ("To delete this reminder indefinitely") during a previous reminder call.

Troubleshooting Inactive Reminders

  • If your reminder is inactive, you can:

    • Reactivate it: Edit the reminder and update the phone number or change the schedule.

    • Delete it: If you no longer need the reminder, you can delete it from your list of reminders.

Common Issues and Solutions

  • "I missed the reminder call!"

    • Don't worry! You'll receive a voicemail, and you can always log in to your CallingPost account to send a message manually.

  • "I'm not in a good location to record when I receive the reminder call."

    • You have options during the reminder call:

      • Press 2 to schedule a callback in 30 minutes.

      • Press 3 to schedule a callback in 1 hour.

      • Press 4 to skip sending a message today.

  • "Can I schedule a message to be sent automatically at a specific time?"

    • No, Auto Reminders are for reminding you to record and send a message. To schedule a message to be sent automatically, use the scheduling features on the CallingPost website, mobile app, or call-in system.
