If you need to receive a simple response from your text message to your group, we offer SMS surveys (or what some call text polling). It’s very easy to set up and use. When creating your text message you will see the option “enable text polling”. Simply click the option and your contacts will receive a link in your text that will optionally record “Yes, No, or Maybe” responses. You can see your responses to the message on the Status & Results page.

Note: If you choose to send from our short code 24251 we do not suggest this to be the first message you send to your contacts. Invite your contacts to opt-in to receive text first.

Then use the polling option and view their responses under your results text details.
