Attachment size allowed:

  • The total attachment size limit is 2 MB for email.

  • Allowed Extensions for email attachments: .TXT,.DOC,.PNG,.JPG,.BMP,.WAV,.DOC,.PDF,.TXT,.GMS,.BIN,.XLSX,.XLS,.DOCX

  • File Name parameters not allowed in attachments to an email:

    • The file name should be less than 50 character

    • No special characters such as !@#$%^&*.,
