When you select the CallingPost default Caller ID for your phone call messages, the number displayed will come from an Oklahoma City (405-XXX-XXXX) prefix. We utilize over 150 different numbers from this pool to deliver your calls.

Important: Restrictions on CallingPost Caller IDs

It's crucial to understand that our CallingPost Caller IDs are provided primarily for informational calls for non-profits and other entities.

These CallingPost Caller IDs are NOT approved for marketing purposes.

  • If a CallingPost Caller ID is used for marketing calls, it can lead to that specific Caller ID being blocked by carriers.

  • Such misuse requires us to invest significant time and resources to address the situation, resulting in the loss of that Caller ID from our pool and detracting us from our main focus, which is to serve all clients.

  • We manage 150 such Caller IDs, and their proper use is vital for maintaining optimal service for everyone.

Recommendation: Use Your Own Custom Caller ID for Marketing

Because of the varying numbers used from our pool and the strict restrictions on their use for marketing, we strongly suggest you add your own verified custom Caller ID for your communications. Using your own number ensures consistency, builds trust, and significantly improves deliverability for marketing calls.

Help Your Members Recognize Calls: Download Our vCard
