CallingPost provides a set of Caller IDs for informational calls for non-profits and other entities. These CallingPost Caller IDs are NOT approved for marketing purposes.
If a CallingPost Caller ID is blocked due to marketing use, it requires us to invest significant time and resources to address the situation, leading to the loss of that Caller ID and detracting us from our main focus, which is to serve all clients.
We pay for 150 such Caller IDs, and their misuse impacts our overall service provision.provision.
How to Add Your Caller ID
You can add your own phone number as your Caller ID in two ways:
1. While Sending a Message:
When creating a new voice message, look for the "Additional Phone Messaging Options" section.
Click on "Add New Caller ID."
2. In Your System Settings:
Click the down arrow in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "System Settings."
Click on "Add New Caller ID."
Easy Steps to Add Your Number:
Enter your phone number.
Choose how you want to receive your verification code (text or call).
Enter the code and click "Submit."
That's it! Your verified number will now be available to select as your Caller ID. You can even set it as your default so it's automatically used for all your messages.
