To update the Caller ID number,
Select the down arrow -> System Settings
2. Under Communication Settings, select Validated Phone Numbers dropdown -> Add Phone Number.
3. Enter the phone number
4. Select By Text or By Phone option (either method that is chosen will receive a verification code that must be entered on the next step).
4. Enter the Verification Code and select Submit.
5. Once verified, a confirmation message will display at the top of the page.
Q: What if I am unable to answer my number or receive a text to obtain the verification code? A: If the phone number you wish to use as your caller ID is not able to be answered by a live person, such as a landline with an automated IVR menu or a number with a pre-existing forwarding issue, you will not be able to complete the verification process through the standard call or text options.
