To view the results of your email,
Click on the Results tab.
Then click on the View More Phone Results button on the bottom left-hand side.
Calls sent to your contacts will be listed as:
Connected (Live) - a live person answered the phone and the message was released
Answering Machine - the message was left on an answering machine/voicemail for the recipient to review later
Intercept - the telephone company intercepted our phone call. This typically means that the number has been disconnected or is down for some reason. We suggest that you make sure this is the best number to use to reach your member.
Undeliverable - We received a message from the phone carrier that the message was not able to be delivered. This could be because the number is roaming, is not able to receive text messages, or has been disconnected.
