To view the results of your phone call:

  1. Click on the Results tab.

  2. Then click on the View More Phone Results button on the bottom left-hand side.

Calls sent to your contacts will be listed as:

  1. Connected (Live) - a live person answered the phone and the message was released

  2. Answering Machine - the message was left on an answering machine/voicemail for the recipient to review later

  3. Intercept - the telephone company intercepted our phone call. This typically means that the number has been disconnected or is down for some reason. We suggest that you make sure this is the best number to use to reach your member.

  4. Undeliverable - We received a message from the phone carrier that the message was not able to be delivered. This could be because the number is roaming, is not able to receive text messages, or has been disconnected.

To ensure we maximize our reach while maintaining a professional customer experience, we follow a structured 4-attempt protocol for every call:

    • Total Attempts: We perform up to 4 distinct outreach attempts if we do not reach a live person or a recorded voicemail greeting.

    • Adaptive Logic: Our system calculates the "wait time" between calls based on the specific response received (e.g., a "Busy" signal may trigger a faster retry than a "No Answer"). This ensures we are calling at different intervals to increase the probability of a connection.

    *Pro-Tips:

Phone Message Delivery is Voice Activated- Remind contacts to say Hello or Press 1 To start the message recording.

Many voice mailbox systems only hold 2-3 minutes of content and this includes the greeting, so 2 minutes is our max record time allowed.

If any part of the message is missed you can call from the receiving phone number to 405-308-4474 and have the last message played in full for the next 5 days
