Merge Tags are information that can be inserted into an email or Text to make it more personable. Think of it as a placeholder that will be pulled from the Group Contact details. The current Merge Tags CallingPost offers are:
{First name}
{last name}
{Phone number}
(Email)
To insert Merge Tags into an email, click on the text box inside your email. Click on Merge Tags from the text box editor and select which tag you would like to insert.
You can confirm that you truly used the merge tag feature by looking at the preview of the email you must see the {{First_Name}}
To insert Merge Tags into an text, Click on Add Merge Tags from the text box editor and select which tag you would like to insert.
