Keywords make it easy to grow your contact lists by allowing customers to join your group automatically by texting your keyword to CallingPost's shortcode (24251).
How to Create a Text Keyword
1. Go to the Text Keywords
2. Click on Create Keyword
3. Enter a custom keyword. Keywords must be between 4 and 32 characters and must contain only letters and numbers.
4. Click Confirm
5. On the Assign Keyword to a Group page, click the Select a Group dropdown.
6. Select a group from the dropdown list to connect the keyword.
7. Select Save Keyword Assignment
8. A confirmation will display. Text Message Keyword Created. Your new keyword is ____.
