Your User ID and PIN are the tools used to log into your CallingPost account. The User ID may be a phone number or email address used when registering the account.
A user ID can be updated by calling our Client Excellence Team M-F 8 AM to 8 PM Sat- 10 AM to 2 PM at 877-665-5646.
Your new CallingPost account also uses a six-digit PIN. If you do not remember your PIN, you can have it reset by choosing forgot password on the log-in page. (https://apps.callingpost.com/#/resetpassword)
