CallingPost offered a legacy PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system in a past Beta program. This system allowed users to set up a custom call-in number for their organization, enabling members to call and leave messages.
While this legacy PBX system is no longer actively supported or integrated into the main CallingPost platform, existing users can still access and manage their accounts.
Accessing Your Legacy PBX Account:
Go to the Legacy PBX login page: Login
Enter your login credentials: Use your current username and password/pin.
If you've forgotten your password:
Unfortunately, the password recovery process for the legacy PBX system is no longer available.
Please contact CallingPost support for assistance with accessing your account.
Managing Your Legacy PBX System:
Once logged in, you can manage various aspects of your legacy PBX system, including:
Recording prompts: Customize the greetings and messages callers hear when they dial your custom call-in number.
Reviewing messages: Listen to messages left by callers.
Managing contacts: Access and manage the list of contacts who have interacted with your PBX system.
Note: Access your PBX from any phone by calling your established custom PBX number. After the greeting has played, press * followed by your six-digit PIN to enter the administrative mode.
Important Notes:
Limited Support: CallingPost's support for the legacy PBX system is limited. While you can still access and use the core features, some functionalities may be unavailable, and troubleshooting options may be restricted.
