This article explains how to manage the CallingPost branding on your outgoing calls, including how to remove the promotional message.

Understanding the CallingPost Tagline

After your message plays, a short tagline is delivered. This tagline serves two purposes:

  1. Call Options: It provides recipients with options to replay the message or opt out of future messages.

  2. Branding and Promotional Message: It identifies CallingPost and includes a promotional message.

Options for Managing the Tagline

You have two options for managing the CallingPost tagline:

  1. Using the Standard Tagline (All Plans Except Premium Unlimited): This full tagline is used on all plans except the Premium Unlimited plan.

  2. Removing the Promotional Message (Premium Unlimited Plan Only): The only way to remove the promotional portion of the CallingPost tagline is by upgrading to the Premium Unlimited plan. The call options (Press 1 to replay, Press 4 to opt-out) will remain.

Current CallingPost Tagline (All Plans Except Premium Unlimited)

The standard tagline is used on all CallingPost plans except the Premium Unlimited plan. It provides both call options and a promotional message about CallingPost. There is no option to modify or shorten this full tagline on these plans.

Removing the Promotional Message (Premium Unlimited Plan Only)

The only way to remove the promotional portion of the CallingPost tagline (the part about churches, schools, etc. and the website link) is by upgrading to the Premium Unlimited plan. The "Press 1" and "Press 4" options will remain.

How to Remove the Promotional Message:

  1. Log in to your CallingPost account.

  2. Navigate to your my billing or Billing & Plan Details section.

  3. Chose the Upgrade Plan to view pricing options and complete the upgrade purchase. The promotional portion of the CallingPost tagline will be automatically removed from your calls. The call options will remain.
