How to clear cookies and cache on your web browser

Sometimes your browser's storage is full & your app can not auto-update. To force a version update, access your browser's history and choose clear cookies & cache. Then open your CallingPost app, scroll to the very bottom of the login page or dashboard page, and check the version # to confirm your update is showing the latest version.

  1. Open a Browser

  2. Open the Menu

  3. Open the History

  4. Clear Cookies and Cache

DESKTOP Keyboard Shortcuts to Access Browser History & Cookies/Cache

PC: Ctrl + H

MAC: Command + Y or ⌘ + Y

You should see something similar to the following:

Make sure to select All Time or in the Time range drop-down box and click on the CLEAR DATA button.

You should now see the latest version of the application on the login screen.
